The Club has introduced a limited number of lower priced, Silver Season Tickets, to give fans a more flexible and cost-effective option for attending games in 2022/23. Silver Season Tickets offer a guaranteed seat for 14 games (excluding Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur). Benefits also include:

Season Ticket holders can opt-in to join the Cup Scheme(s) of their choice and enjoy the below benefits.

To add a Cup Scheme to your Season Ticket, simply select the scheme(s) you want to join when prompted during the purchase journey.

Season Ticket holders can also opt-in to Cup Schemes in their 'My Account' area after purchasing their Season Ticket.

If you are a 93:20 Season Ticket holder, you receive the first three home domestic cup matches as part of your benefits package. However, you must sign up to the domestic Cup Schemes if you want to attend all home domestic cup matches and take advantage of Cup Final priority.

Alongside the reduced risk of lost and stolen tickets, mobile ticketing provides the flexibility to transfer your ticket digitally to people linked in your 'Friends and Family'. Once you have downloaded your Mobile Season Ticket to your smartphone, you will be able to transfer your mobile ticket to your 'Friends and Family' for the matches you cannot attend. You will be able to do this from your account on a match-by-match basis, removing the need to meet face to face to pass the ticket to them.

Ticket transfer is only available online with mobile ticketing and fans will be notified when each fixture is available to transfer.

How to Transfer Ticket:

• Log in to your ticketing account.
• Click on the 'Tickets' tab to view fixtures available for Ticket Transfer.
• Select the fixture you can't attend and follow the steps to transfer it to any fan linked to your account in 'Friends and Family'.

Step-by-step guide

Following consultation with City Matters, we have introduced several changes to the way Ticket Exchange operates, and how it rewards supporters for listing their ticket.

• You will receive a guaranteed refund of one-nineteenth of the price paid for your Season Ticket (1/19, one home Premier League fixture), if you list your ticket for any of the Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United or Tottenham Hotspur fixtures, regardless of whether it resells or not.
• Seats listed on Ticket Exchange will now be available for other supporters to purchase three weeks before the respective fixture, rather than one week before in 2021/22.

• Any Season Ticket holder can sell* their seat for up to ten home Premier League matches (excluding personal assistants).
• Listed tickets will go on sale to other supporters 21 days before matchday or when we sell out of general admission tickets, whichever comes first.
• If your seat sells, you will receive the equivalent funds for one-nineteenth (1/19, one home Premier League fixture) of your Season Ticket price**
• Once the match has taken place, you will receive your funds for that match into your UK nominated bank account.
• No additional fees apply, and you will retain your ticket points for any traded match.
• Only Season Ticket holders can sell their seats on City Ticket Exchange and it applies to home Premier League matches only.

Please note that once your seat has sold on the Ticket Exchange, as per our ticketing Terms and Conditions, the buyer of your seat can still cancel their purchase and receive a refund up until 7 days before the fixture. In the event of this happening, the Club will notify you by email that your seat has no longer sold and has instead been re-listed on the Ticket Exchange.

* You can list your seat as many times as you like but it can only be sold a maximum of ten times.
** 93:20 Season Ticket holders will receive the equivalent funds of one twenty-secondth (1/22) of their Season Ticket price. Silver Season Ticket holders will receive 1 fourteenth (1/14) of their Season Ticket Price.

The Mobile Season Ticket in your Apple or Google Pay wallet will automatically be refreshed for the 2022/23 season. Please do not delete your Mobile Season Ticket from your mobile wallet at the end of the current season.

If you renew the same seat, we will update your existing Mobile Season Ticket ahead of the 2022/23 season and we will inform you once this has been done.

However, if you would like to make any changes to your Season Ticket, such as changing between Season Ticket Levels (i.e. moving from Gold to Platinum), amending your bank details or changing your Cup Schemes, you will be supplied with a new Mobile Season Ticket ahead of the new season.

Please note: you will not need to access your account to download your new Mobile Season Ticket, we will email the download link to you.

We appreciate that not all supporters have a smartphone, and more information will be shared with you ahead of the new season about what alternative options are available.

Season Ticket holders can purchase a Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket which, for a one-off price, allows fans to travel by Metrolink to and from every first team home match in every competition for the 2022/23 season.

The ticket is £74 for adults, £53 for 18-21s and £32 for under 18s and provides travel to the Etihad Stadium from anywhere on the Metrolink network. Ticket holders can travel from 9.30am on weekdays and anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If you paid for your Season Ticket on Direct Debit and had a Metrolink Season Ticket this will also be automatically renewed for you.

For the 2022/23 Season, car parking at the Etihad Campus will continue to be available for purchase on a match-by-match basis.

• Car parking can be purchased in advance on a match-by-match basis
• Supporters will be able to choose the car park that best suits their direction of travel*.
• The car parks will operate on ANPR (license plate recognition) aiding an efficient entry to the Car Park.
• Seasonal car parking passes will no longer be available to purchase including those with Blue Badge accessible parking spaces.
• In order to promote sustainability, we are encouraging supporters to car share where possible, at a discounted rate of £8 per car. Single occupancy rate is £10. Please select the correct option at point of sale as this will be checked on arrival.
• Parking will be released in batches once fixtures are confirmed and will be available to purchase online and by phone.

If you currently have a personal assistant ticket approved by the Club this will automatically renew alongside your ticket.
