Cultured, versatile midfielder
Matthew began his association with City in 2015 and has progressed to sign a scholarship in July 2021.
A player equally comfortable across a number of midfield positions, as well as at left-back, Matthew’s technical quality and eye for a pass make him a consistent attacking threat wherever he is deployed.
He featured on 15 occasions for City’s Under-18 Premier League title winning side in 2021/22.
