I have tried to access the Junior Cityzens area in Roblox but my code isn’t working, what should I do?

If you have tried to use your exclusive code to join the Junior Cityzens area within Blue Moon Roblox, and your code is not working, go to the Blue Moon world within Roblox and find Moonchester (image below). This character should have ‘report an issue’ displayed over its head, click ‘report an issue’, and you should be presented with a pop-up box, where you can submit the issue that you are experiencing.
